We will donate $10 on your behalf to help make the dreams of sick children come true. Make-A-Wish grants the wish of a child diagnosed with a critical illness in the United States and its territories every 34 minutes.
Make-A-Wish started when a 7-year-old boy, named Chris, from Phoenix was diagnosed with Leukemia. While he did not have much time to live, a friend wanted to help make sure this boy could fulfill his childhood dream, to be a police officer and “catch bad guys.” He worked with the Arizona Department of Public Safety and got Chris’ wish granted only several days before he passed. After seeing the success, many others wanted to get involved and thus, Make-A-Wish was born. “It brings tears to our eyes that people from all over the world would want to come together to help make a difference for children. We are inspired by the passion and story behind Make-A-Wish and can’t wait to see what we are able to do for them.”
